GG is the Chief Transactioneer of the company. She was born and raised in PR moved to KS in 1987 to attend engineering school at KSU. Upon graduation she joined the Federal Gov as an Electrical Engineer and retired a few years ago after 26 years of service. Knowing that she would retire young, she created her company in 2009 and has been focusing on real estate investments since then. 

As the name of the company implies, we buy houses. We are a real estate investment company that purchases houses. In most occasions the houses are renovated with the purpose of  selling or renting them.  Our buying criteria focuses on single family homes but we also buy mobile/manufactured homes, multi-units, condos, and land.  All communications are directly with the homeowner and typically there's no realtors involved.

We buy houses in Florida. We focus on Central Florida covering the following counties: Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Brevard, Polk, Hillsborough, Sarasota, Manatee, Pasco, Volusia, Sumter, Citrus and Hernando. We have an extensive network of investors that we partner with in case a property doesn't meet our buying criteria. No homeowner will be left behind and we try to help in any situation.
