What's a Distressed House?

This term is used by investors to describe a house that needs repairs. This just means the investor will have to take into account the significant cost of these repairs when making an offer. These type of renovations often involve replacing major systems such as the AC , plumbing, electrical, roof, etc. These are definitely not for the faint of heart and are our favorite kind of house to buy.
